      Pros

      USed to be a great company to work for, however the current situation is not very encouraging. Leadership seems unsure about the direction that needs to be taken for long term success of the company.

      Frequently changing leadership, conflict for power, Lack of direction and stability.

      Pros

      Laya health care and pension option from the first day, Laya is TOP really good Sports and Social club offers free good coffee IT is good (but as it is an IT company you should expect that)

      Cons

      manager are not able to speak up and take action to deal with problems. They more like talking talking talking and they hope that the issue is gone by himself or nobody mention it again. Not addressing the pink elephant in the room cause a very sad and negative work environment
