VP level shaming and harassment on internal calls and account reviews. It's really terrible. The worst leaders I have ever witnessed. They put their fingerprints on anything winning but worthless otherwise. Not providing any real help to close business or add value to opportunities. Quotas are unrealistic and they only care about their Renewal numbers since being bought by Carlisle Group. Avoid this company like the plague since they are a sinking ship. Partners can't stand them and customers are tearing them out. If you do join this company enjoy having a new manager every 3 months and doing a business review to keep them up to speed.
