      Lots of infighting at the Senior Management level. Turnover at that level is very high.

      Pros

      People and colleagues are amazing. Its a proper little family.

      Cons

      Negative environment, terrible systems and internal processes. Top leadership don't care about people at the bottom just the overall number that rolls up. This is very short sighted and as a result many highly talented people come and go. For example, local managers aren't given the freedom to make job role changes of their staff. Sign off has to go right to the top and its normally rejected. Such inflexibility is strangling the company.

      Pros

      Great benefits,, pay, peers, and one/two level up on management. Had a great ride there.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless...lack of direction...can't inspire innovation...can't lead. Only worried about turning peoples lives upside down through RIFs so they can save money. Keep cutting loose well talented people and...well see my opening statement.
