      The file and ranks are good people at Veritas.

      Cons

      I try to be as objective as I can so my comments be actual help to people who are thinking about joining Veritas. 1. The company is dying under its own heavy processes. This make any new product introduction very difficult. 2. The executive management is one of the most incompetent I have ever seen. They neither have the experience nor shown any sign that they can turn around the business from sinking. They are good at playing the politics and nice presentations but judge them based on results and numbers.

      Pros

      In General all of the groups I have interacted with are actually very supportive of each other: sales, support, consulting, education, product management.

      Cons

      Sloppy with processes. The company culture is to shoot from the hip. But this usually means things fall through the cracks and cause more severe problems down the line. The same problems keep occurring over and over.
