      Lack of leadership Constantly changing upper management New plan of execution every other month Upper management has their 'pets' and all decisions are based on feedback from them instead of sound business decisions.

      Decent salary, benefits and location.

      Cons

      Company was split and sold to a private equity firm, Carlyle Group, and is unstable. Benefits keep getting trimmed down. Lots of outdated employees collecting a paycheck waiting for a severance package. Managers only promote friends and family from within the "good old boys club". This is not a good place if you want to grow your career.
