      If they only had a product that wasn't dying

      You get to work on all the coolest stuff.

      Cons

      It's just one layoff after another as they shrink. Upper management from new owners don't have a viable turnaround plan. None of the current products are growing. Most of the work is being moved to India and China.

      1990 technologies Senior management is clueless layoffs one after another. People over 50 could not find a job after being laid off for over 6 months!
