      * Good work life balance * Plenty of resources * Vacation policy is just great

      * Overall, direction of company is unclear * Most of the people in power are clueless, just wasting their own and company's time and resources * Wrong people at key positions * CEO is clueless, and his followers * CEO directly hires bad people and imposes them on teams, these people hired by CEO directly boss around and create extremely toxic environments

      - Above average compensation - Great Benefits - Excellent manager ( depends on your group ) - Excellent work life balance ( again this depends on your group )

      - Since Veritas was sold to a private equity firm they have converted to "bean counting" cost cutting. - Job stability is uncertain with an ever changing management. - Employees are kept in the dark about the companies real intentions. - RIF without warning

      Developer writing unit tests Lot of work life balance

      Cons

      Developer are treated as dirt by managers ONLY managers can move to USA. Developers have no respect . Managers do not show up in office. All rules are for developers and no rule for managers. Stay away from Stone Age company. internal job portal is just show off.
