      Good pay and benefits Very good culture

      The CEO and Vice Presidents cripple the company by making decisions that are detrimental to Veritas' efficiency and growth. The recent RIF in May 2016 took out key players in the development organization. Nobody can really figure out why the valuable talent critical to our success were eliminated

      Bellow average Pay The company does not seem to be doing well lately. A lot of layoffs. Not a lot of opportunity to grow depending on your department.
