      Pros

      People working in Net backup team have a good work life balance. Other teams have to udergo a lot churning due to lack of consistent product strategy.

      Cons

      Biggest problem is executives don't have clear vision or road map. Veritas lacks next gen products. They are only relying on legacy product. A few acquisitions were made to boost the cloud story without any luck. Complete chaos in product strategy leading to frustrations among engineers. No significant innovation has happened in last few years.
