Back office systems are a mess Has no idea what customers own (product entitlements are acrewed up) Renewals, although “retention specialist” only see numbers and could care less about the customer Support is a disaster Management only cares about the $...wants to sell or go public so they have to appear as not losing money. Strong focus on auditing to make money as products are difficult and don’t work well Well below market pay scale Not worth the frustration; leaving soon

move to new office Santa Clara been delayed for a few months for the majority of the team so still in mountain view and now all packed into one smaller office.
