      Nice and friendly environment to work. Freedom to express yourself. Work is very good and less pressure on deliverables. Work on latest technologies.

      Cons

      Internal transfers are difficult. They should prefer internal transfers over external hiring.

      -Friendly employees who are there to help you and share information, easy to get to know people and have good relationships with coworkers -Strong vision in terms of management after the company history and seems to be moving towards progress -Collaborative environment in which everyone helps each other out and works together to achieve aims

      Cons

      -High turnover in employees so there's a lot of things that often needs to be once again set in foundations... progress is impeded through employee training and catch up
