Work pressure can be stressful at times.
Sometimes wrong decisions projects execution by the management hurts the employees in some divisions of the enterprise.
Do Not recommend for people on work permit/visa due to two reasons, Your status will be in limbo as there's no clarity on perm application. Managers don't have authority to sponsor. Promises not honored. Decision making authority is someone else. The attorney firm hired by the company is terrible, they take at least 3 times longer duration to complete any tasks. More over, they make horrible mistakes/assumptions while filing application, that has compromised many former employees status in the country. The management doesn't own anything for their part of mistakes in these issues.
Definitely not worth it for a person on work permit/visa.
