      This is a good place to work. You are constantly challenged. Troubleshooting skills as you work on resolving customer's issue will be improved. You are recognized for your above-and-beyond contributions.

      Cons

      Company had gone from being publicly traded to private. Thus, there is uncertainty in what future holds. Need improvement in higher management.

      Very strong portfolio: most key products are #1 or #2 in the industry. Friendly people and great technologies: a lot of people have been in the company for a long time.

      Cons

      Politics: if one person moved up, others will be cleaned up. It leads to a lot of messy situation and a lot of high level leaders left the comany.
