      Very team oriented, friendly environment. Low stress and open door policies. And people still work very hard to get the job done.

      Cons

      Going through some changes. But that is with any large corporation.

      Pros

      New employees to the company, whether freshers or experienced, are welcomed and treated really well The training and related facilities are provided immediately as and when required Pleasant work environment and dedicated staff Lot of employees here have been with the company from many years and have a really helpful attitude even towards those who are new to the product or work There are timely updates from the management about anything - good or bad - going on

      Cons

      There are no such cons experienced in my entire term (a year now) Some people may have a problem with the shifts system in their respective team

      - depending on the team, there is a good ambience and team fellowship - salary in line with the positions, although with so many changes and rules of engagement, it is hard to know what commissions are paid on -

      - late go-to-market strategy, trying to catch up with the competition - ambiguity as to sales structure and resources to leverage -
