      Pros

      If you want to grow fast, Its easy because of not so smart people around. Pays relatively well compared to work they give. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Technically mediocre projects to work on in summer intern. Boring environment. There is no excitement filled in at work place. Majority of workforce is old people. Confused Senior Management. They have no clue what they want. It is Perfect misfit for passionate developers.

      Pros

      Great people with a good team culture. Strong vision of the future and nice benefits and vacation. The work is interesting and at a fair pace.

      Cons

      Competing initiatives and a lot of work that needs to happen to get to the next level. A bit siloed by organized and there are times when duplication of effort gets in the way
