      Good pay and benefits Very good culture

      Cons

      The CEO and Vice Presidents cripple the company by making decisions that are detrimental to Veritas' efficiency and growth. The recent RIF in May 2016 took out key players in the development organization. Nobody can really figure out why the valuable talent critical to our success were eliminated

      Pros

      Fantastic peer group and opportunities to grow. I owe a lot to my time here both in how I've developed and the opportunities I've been provided.

      Cons

      The technology is falling behind and a large install base can only be leveraged for so long. At the time of my departure the operational challenges were staggering but showing signs of improvement.
