      Pros

      Fantastic peer group and opportunities to grow. I owe a lot to my time here both in how I've developed and the opportunities I've been provided.

      Cons

      The technology is falling behind and a large install base can only be leveraged for so long. At the time of my departure the operational challenges were staggering but showing signs of improvement.
