Major reinvigoration happening right now. Innovation is alive and well at Veritas! New products are being launched and incubated. Mainline engineers are getting opportunities to influence product design through various innovation initiatives. Higher-ups who have been poison to the mission have been leaving in droves.

Cons

There's still a lot of old code that needs to be maintained. Budgets can be a hurdle. People who talk often overshadow engineers who do the real work.
