Challenging in software engineering, hardware architecture, and software architecture. Aggressive time frames - you will not be bored. Good teamwork where peers genuinely want you to succeed.

Cons

Work is highly dynamic. Objectives are rarely realistic and typically time-bound.

The company is fast growing and has a foothold in the marketplace. There is potential for inside advancement. The organization has been eager to make process improvements on a regular basis.

Cons

With many major changes being made the company culture is evolving and 70% of the workforce has been moved off-shore following domestic reductions in force. Work life balance can leave something to be desired. Bonuses have not always been paid out as promised.
