Pros
The company is on the verge of tremendous growth and change, and for people who want to be a part of that it's a great place to be. Not always easy - but extremely rewarding. I think that each person's experience depends a lot on who they work for, and there are some very good leaders in the organization. The overall leadership is self-aware, knows where they need to improve and are committed to doing that. In the "fog of war" this sometimes takes time.
Cons
For employees on the "front lines" this can be a difficult place - it is not easy to be in a delivery focused role within an organization that is almost entirely sales and revenue focused. Each deal is a little different, but the staffing levels do not accommodate all of this uniqueness. The result - key, customer facing employees get completely burned out.
