There are many great employees in the rank and file at this company BUT the cons outweigh the pros here.
Cons
Those who strive to raise the bar will either be forced out or leave on their own out of frustration. The C team wants the bar low enough to step over - can't stand it when someone comes in and tries to elevate things. Far too many "executives" here making processes and communication complicated and ineffective. Far too many "executives" here with titles and job functions they have no talent or qualifications for. The CEO appears to be a bully and proud of it. It's a shame because this could be a really great place - need a few on the C team who actually give a damn about making it great place though and that's not likely to happen.
