Pros

Opportunities to work with the cutting edge technology was a great experience. Various cross-functional team members are clueful engineers, but there are few and far in between.

Cons

The company had little structure to govern the employees. Your daily task is based on management or customer escalations rather than projects. The Org chart changes on the monthly basis. If you don't like your manager, wait a month, it will change again.

Had great potential but the truth is catching up to the organization.

Cons

No real development, zero real automation, everything is manual. Innovation aside from lip service is no existent. No clue about Enterprise software, and let folks who did walk away. SALES SALES SALES SALES. Pathetic to watch it fall apart and become a 3rd rate support chop shop

If multitasking isn't your strong point, it probably will be after working here.

Cons

The constant attitude is "now now now" and upper management just wants a green check mark at the end of the day. It seems like the ultimate goal is finding someone to point a finger at instead of actual fault isolation and remedy. The barrier between operations and DevOps will never be broken. "I don't really understand DevOps" is a direct quote from an executive.
