Perfect Combination of Vision, Strategy and Execution

Brilliant vision and execution of the strategy which is only possible with the high caliber resources working across all practices of the organization. The Leadership team listens to ideas and concerns and does not hesitate to implement improvements. It is very rewarding to shape an industry by combining and delivering disruptive technologies such as Cloud and HANA for example. High Performing individuals are recognized as fast as their contributions.

Cons

The pace is fast and the work/live balance is hard to manage at times. Due to the fast growth the organization is constantly challenged to keep up the speed and quality of hiring, a tough but essential combination.

Pros

Smart, hardworking people everywhere. This place will keep you on your toes and should get the best out of you. Great resume builder. Company continues to grow rapidly which should offer plenty of opportunities for most people as long as you can keep up with the pace and product constantly.

Cons

There is a burnout factor if you aren't used to working evenings and weekends on a regular basis. Accounting folks should look elsewhere, however. You'll work hard like everyone else but won't get any glory at the end of the day.

There are many great employees in the rank and file at this company BUT the cons outweigh the pros here.

Cons

Those who strive to raise the bar will either be forced out or leave on their own out of frustration. The C team wants the bar low enough to step over - can't stand it when someone comes in and tries to elevate things. Far too many "executives" here making processes and communication complicated and ineffective. Far too many "executives" here with titles and job functions they have no talent or qualifications for. The CEO appears to be a bully and proud of it. It's a shame because this could be a really great place - need a few on the C team who actually give a damn about making it great place though and that's not likely to happen.
