Everything was great, everyone is so passionate about the company and the brand. They really care about the people that work there

Pros

The company is owned by it's partners so it's in everyone's interests to work as hard as they can constantly. That way then the bonus will be bigger. When I was there the bonus was 15% of your total earnings of that year so more than an extra month of salary for free essentially.

Cons

Often customers can be particularly difficult due to the high standard expected from the brand so it can be quite stressful at the end of a ten hour shift if you have a difficult customer insistent on you getting something from the warehouse (that probably isn't even in there)

- Good pay for the skill level - Great bonus at the end of the year - Nice workplace, good uniform, general pride in the job

Cons

- Managers can sometimes be a massive pain and overwork their employees - Being cheerful constantly can become grating - Late nights can be difficult for students
