coworkers are what keeps you there Opportunity for cross training across all departments

Cons

everything else minimum wage for 10x the work than other supermarkets poor management you will be told youre all 'co-owners' you are not impossible to book holiday sickness policy means you can be fired if you are off sick more than 3 times in 12 months expected to drop everything and die for the company above anything else
