Nothing good about working here.

Cons

Managers treat you very badly, they do not treat you like a "partner". If you are a student looking for part time work, do not even waste your time working for Waitrose.

Partnership bonus each year was a real positive

Cons

Lack of rotation around jobs meant you were often doing the same job for months on end- heavy lifting for the entirety of a shift was not enjoyable and seemed unfair in comparison to the more desirable jobs given to the full-time staff
