Really look after you amazing benefits (12.5% john lewis and 15% i think for waitrose)

Cons

hours are longer in you work in a shopping centre over christmas can be hard to get time off sometimes as you need people to cover your shift if there is staf shortage

Great Hours and lovely boutique to work in. The Head Office team are amazing and have helped me progress so much over the last year.

Cons

It does involve working weekends and the commission is very low as well as the salary.
