First a group assessment which made you feel relaxed followed by one to one which asked you about situation you have had in your life contacted to work or outside of work, I was made to feel very comfortable and found it very easy to talk to the interviewer, there is a friendly feel from all the staff you meet which helps you from the moment you walk in.

Cons

I did not really see anything that was wrong maybe access to water as we all got there very early and not everyone brought a water bottle I did.
