Pros

Good team ethic, decent benefits. As a student worker it is a good place to work: the pay is good but they don't expect you to do too much unless you want to: in which case there is scope for expanding.

Cons

There is a bit of friction between different departments, and most people (myself included) did not understand the thinking behind some of the management's decisions

The decent pay makes the role worthwhile.

Cons

New contracts mean no time and a half or double pay on Sundays or bank holidays.

Pros

It provided me with good pay for the work that I was doing, it was a friendly environment to work in and I was undertaking relatively simple work

Cons

There was a visible hierarchy among some colleagues which could be discouraging, lack of flexibility with shifts and the work could become rather monotonous and repetitive
