Pros

Bonus is great, and you get a great John Lewis employee discount. A good part time job particularly for students.

Cons

Management in my section was pretty poor and I worked in the cafe during the 'free coffee' scheme which meant that the cafe was constantly unbearably busy. This was a stressful experience.
