Friendly staff - easy to work around your needs, understanding about things you can't avoid Decent pay - good bonus, good rate for bank holidays etc. Good benefits - partner deals on shows, great discount card for john lewis

Cons

The work can be repetitive and physically demanding. Working in a variety of conditions (rain, -20 degree freezer etc.) IT system is abhorrent but they are aware of this and are aiming to change it.

nice company to work for, bonus is very good, ticket subsidies, discount in john lewis 25%,and 15% in waitrose

Cons

some of the management were a bit bullshy, would help if they actually listened to staff - other mangers were wonderful and cannot receive enough praise
