Staff discount, events, discounted holidays in John Lewis properties. Good salary and pension scheme. Free parking. Excellent onsite canteen, meals heavily subsidised.

Cons

Possibly limited opportunity for career progression or the opportunity to work part time. You had to pay for tea and coffee which seemed rather tight.
