Pros

Good pay and bonus, the interview and recruitment process is well structured and clear. There is plenty of training offered before you start meaning you feel confident

Cons

There were lots of college students there (me included) they always make an effort to make sure you aren't sat or working near people your age. Can be pressured into overtime

Pros

Good pay, great customers, mostly well organised stores with friendly employees.

Cons

Some employees become managers simply for staying there longer than anyone else rather than for being great employees.

Pros

Perks, Waitrose & John Lewis Discount, Bonus, Pay

Cons

Poor team management, much of the time managers weren't present during Sundays and therefore the inexperienced team were left to manage on their own
