Pros

Great people, great managers, it's very much a family atmosphere. You get lots of training, work isn't easy but not sure any type of work is. You get out of it what you put in. Great career prospects

Cons

It's quiet a strict company in that there are rules for most things but that's quiet a good thing as at least you know where you stand with them.

Pros

Partner discount at john lewis/waitrose. Partnership discount at participating companies such as cinemas, O2, restaurants etc. Working hours flexible , could easily do 70 hours one week and 12 the next. Working with people of a similar age group makes learning on the job a lot easier.

Cons

Difficulty In progressing further than a team leader if working on a part time basis. Managers hold more preference even though the company likes to promote that all partners are equal.
