Pros

Great training at the store, both on shop floor and through training programmes. Great colleagues to work with who will help you when getting started.

Cons

Sometimes late payment of salary, and stressful work around peak times such as christmas and easter. Occasional weekend work.

Pros

Great company to work for since being a partner makes all the difference. Staff that conduct the interviews are particularly warm and professional.

Cons

The Tea room is often filled by a small group of silver old women who everyday sit and bash relentlessly on all manners of topics. A lot managing staff were in that group.
