Pros

Friendly, clean, local, parking, modern

Cons

Almost no appropriate training before doing any required task. Many aggrieved staff with too much work to show a new employee what to do. No consistency in any learning. All e-learning to be done in your own personal time. A number of the policies stated by the company as requisite e.g. health & safety lifting, are not effected in reality to the detriment of staff because of commercial demands. Lack of preparation of and communication to new members of staff.
