Pros

The people were a close knit family who looked out for one another. They pay was good once you were there for 3 years.

Cons

It took 3 years to reach make a decent wage. They tended to treat you like children instead of adults. If you worked in the warehouse the chances for you to be promoted into an office job were not good. The reasoning was they did not want any favoritism to be shown to old friends on the floor.

Pros

Great people Fun atmosphere Local Management Respect your ideas and thoughts

Cons

The Corporation itself is horrible to employees. They treat their employees like cattle. Too many responsibilities way too little pay. I have to give them credit though they tell you after your hired that you are never getting a raise or promotion.
