Pros

Good starting pay, good health insurance benefits, 401k was managed well. Good amount of diversity.

Cons

Some instances of favoritism. Small cafeteria to eat. Not much information given to employees when Prime Specialty was creating joint venture with Walgreens Specialty. Turnaround was somewhat high with management.
