Pros

Working from home and don't have to get ready for work

Cons

Too much favoritism, unrealistic rules/changes, and some WILL have more work than others with lower pay.

Pros

good benefits, decent pay, job becomes second nature very quickly, very helpful coworkers, plenty of overtime in peak seasons

Cons

childish management/ micro management, kind of out there on the calls alone with lack of support, have to be very strong over the phone, not very flexible, doing more work than what you get paid for, if you ask a question about a call or anything you basically get laughed at.
