Pros

panera bagels on the first wednesday of the month

Cons

paper training material book for job role (made it difficult for employees to properly handle referrals and caused stress with patients/doctors/insurance companies). Did not automatically give raises even with job changes (had to "elect" yourself for a job promotion even if you were already working that job -- would say raise after 90 days to get you into it but never followed through). Keep in mind if you did do the training for a higher position (say major medical billing) you are not allowed to go back to PBM even if you ask to do so and even if no raise/job title was given for you to be doing that work. lack of proper SOP's and support for employees to ensure referral completion in an accurate way (always upset doctors/patients/employees with this).

Pros

majority outbound calls, okay pay, steady hours/ overtime during peak seasons, remote work place

Cons

not much support from team/ leads, pay does not make up for the work, will randomly throw you to do inbound calls and take calls you cannot handle, will point out your negatives over positives
