Pros

You get to work remotely Very good benefits Nice and helpful teammates Simple tasks just help patients get their speacialty medications, some patients can be cranky though

Cons

The starting pay is straight up awful. 15.45 an hour is ridiculous. Starting pay should at least be 16 to 17 an hour.
