Paycheck. Got to work from home.

Cons

Horrible bosses that do not know the job and fake it til they make it. HR was about as useless as a sub with screen doors. Coworkers are lazy and make thousands of mistakes, but they focus on what the good workers are doing every minute instead. Went through several bosses, several HR reps.....turned our site into a call center even though we have 4 call centers already because they dont want to TRAIN the Indian reps. Very sad. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS...just the bottom line and fake report #S

Caring leadership and HR, knowledgeable co-workers and lots of support.

Cons

After going remote during COVID the enterprise moved to being remote. After that change there were layoffs and the company committed to transitioning to the 'S360' model. While the model does appear to be superior what was formerly in place, the transition has been rough and following layoffs a lot of senior and knowledgable staff left the company. I imagine once everything settles it'll still be a good place to work, but it's going to be chaotic for a while yet.

-You will learn a lot of transferable skills -Its very fast paced, so it's hardly boring -There are lots of different departments so it's easy to find a place where you can thrive.

Cons

-Metrics can be a bit unreasonable -Call volumes can be high
