Pros

Most employees are great and pay is decent.

Cons

Budget cuts and less staff makes for a more hectic work environment. Lots of impatient and rude patients/customers.

Pros

You get in your exercise running around and performing manual labor. If you have a good staff and a good manager it makes your work days go by faster.

Cons

Working second shift, weekends, holidays. Dealing with the public in a retail setting is insufferable. Hard to get promoted unless you are in with a well known manager. At the end of every shift you are sweaty and dirty with a sore back and busted up fingers.
