Pros

In comparison to other retail jobs, Walgreens isn't too bad. You get a week paid vacation, after 5 years you get 2 weeks. Most of the stores run pretty smoothly.

Cons

I feel very unappreciated. It's okay for some workers to do hardly any work. In my store photo gets a lot of tasks that need to be completed nightly. Sweep, trash, breaks, stock, face, and take care of photo. If photo is dead then it's not a problem, but sometimes photo is so busy and managers get angry when you can't do everything. If you have a choice, choose cosmetics.

Pros

they ran a clean store. it was consistent scheduling. Really enjoyed how the kept job history when they bought out local rite aid. every one got a long and helped each other when needed.

Cons

WATCH OUT for some ridiculous policy's. If you get payed to much as a sales associate watch out they will find a way to get fire you on cause so you can't claim unemployment.
