Pros

the work is relatively easy, the atmosphere is relaxed enough that the company itself does not generate a large amount of stress (leave that to the customers)

Cons

the week on-week off schedule becomes draining, often feel disconnected from the rest of the workforce and left uninformed of changes and events

Pros

Hours are pretty flexible especially if you don't mind working nights or weekends. The computer system is excellent, the easiest to use of any of the other retail stores that I've seen. Also the technology in the pharmacy is pretty good, most of the busier stores have robots or other automatic filling machines.

Cons

Customers are customers, regardless of where you work. They tend to think that you owe them something or that your time is significantly less valuable than theirs. Also the fact that Wag is open 365 days a year, mine 24 hours a day can be a real drag.
