Pros

It's a paycheck and good if you are in highschool or college with no bills. Management works well with school schedules and days needed off.

Cons

Not much room for advancement unless you want a low paying managers position. If you want your own store you might be waiting a while.

Pros

The job pays well. Just be prepared to feel like you're selling your soul to work here. As with most jobs, I did meet some good friends while working here.

Cons

With the lack of promotion within the company, too many employees have become complacent. The employees are just happy collecting a pay check and doing only enough work not to get fired. This makes the job especially frustrating for salaried employees (EXAs and Store Managers) who have to stay at the job even longer to make sure everything gets done. It feels like when you work really hard, all you're doing is making it okay for the rest of the staff to slack off.
