Pros

If you have a good Manager hard work and dedication and taking no time off means something. You get to interact with the customers and help them with their cosmetic needs and if you sell items which are called ''red zone'' items you can make a lot of money.

Cons

If however you have a not so good manager that you thought was decent at first, politics plays a big part of climbing there and cliques and family (meaning blood) are allowed to work there together which can mean ' go take a hike we like someone else in this job to work here. There is a lot of caddiness especially with women if they don't like you.

Pros

Great place to work if you are young, single, and family doesn't mean much to you. If you have young kids be prepared to make many sacrifices.

Cons

I am very knowledgeable about my job and can teach others easily. I was not in the clique so I was looked over for promotion many times.
