Pros

Profit sharing is alright, benefits are mediocre, customers are fun to deal with, has everything most people need when it's in stock

Cons

Nothing on sale is ever in stock, even after the 1st day of the sale!, Stores are very disorganized and hard to move around in, Managers are very condescending, they also try to pawn all the work they're supposed to be doing on their employees

Pros

It had a great professional work environment. People were smart and things were expected to be of high quality work.

Cons

Sometimes high quality work can leave too much expectations to be met as the standard. It was often times stressful.
