Pros

At first pay was great I was getting raises about every 9-12 weeks, then it went to once a year

Cons

If you aren't a "favorite" employee life can be rough. Even if you go above and beyond what your job description is it usually meant little to management. There wasn't a team mentality it was more like every man for himself and to be a successful business there has to be a sense of team. Management spent alot of time in office and not on the floor assisting employees as well as customers. Got attitude when you asked for assistance with a task, which involved two people.
