Pros

Not overly difficult. Expectations were easy to understand. Flexible Scheduling. Management was willing to help at all times and seemed to care about the organization.

Cons

There seemed to be no chance of advancement. Although scheduling was flexible sometimes mandatory hours were expected that did not coincide with my normal work schedule.
